Bryan and his team assist clients with critical items other firms do not. Securing no-fault wage loss reimbursement claims for auto accident victims, directing people to appropriate social services departments, and guiding clients through times of crisis have helped Bryan cultivate loyal clientele.
In addition to handling personal injury claims, the firm consults and guides clients injured by defective medical products, including implants and medications. Bryan has also represented many clients who find themselves on the wrong side of the law. While every case is unique, our team is committed to providing the highest level of legal representation.

About Bryan G. Schneider, Esq.

Bryan G. Schneider, Esq. is a 1995 graduate of SUNY Binghamton and a 1998 graduate of Albany Law School. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts throughout New York and Connecticut. As a litigator, he advocates for seriously injured accident victims.

Before establishing his firm, Mr. Schneider worked at Basso & Associates, P.C. in the Hudson Valley for nearly 10 years, handling catastrophic personal injury cases and complex litigation. One of his cases was featured in a Times Herald-Record article. During his time at Basso Law, he made several television appearances discussing issues such as personal injury law, internet piracy, insurance coverage, changes in DWI laws, and nursing home negligence.

Earlier in his career, he worked at Cheriff & Fink, P.C. in Manhattan for three years, focusing on personal injury and commercial cases across the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley. Mr. Schneider has successfully litigated cases in the United States District Courts, the Appellate Division, the Supreme Court, and local courts throughout New York State.

At the age of 32, Mr. Schneider served as President of the 450-member Dutchess County Bar Association, addressing concerns from the bench, bar, and public. He supervised the association’s newsletter, drafted budgets, organized CLE programs, and emceed events such as luncheons and socials. Prior to his presidency, he served on the executive board as treasurer for two years. He also provided free legal assistance to the public through several clinics aimed at helping those unable to afford legal representation. He was featured in a New York Law Journal article about bar association presidents.

Mr. Schneider also served as a director and then Vice President of the Southern Ulster Chamber of Commerce. He introduced an ambassador program to engage inactive members, organized the Chamber’s 2011 golf tournament, and personally raised over $10,000 in charitable contributions for the event and its beneficiary. He spoke at three high schools about the perils and consequences of drunk driving and volunteered his time conducting mock job interviews for college and high school students. Additionally, he discussed the competitive nature of national and global job markets with students preparing for their careers.

He has held leadership roles as President of a homeowners’ association and a local BNI chapter. Additionally, he volunteered as a youth soccer coach.

Most recently, Mr. Schneider served as President of the Board of Directors for Literacy Connections of the Hudson Valley, a charitable organization dedicated to providing basic literacy education for adults and literacy support for children. While in law school, Bryan volunteered as an ESL tutor, trained by a similar organization, which complemented his strong belief in the importance of literacy and education. He looks forward to continuing his contributions to this impactful organization and its programs.

Bryan is happily married and the proud father of two sons.
